We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@sjteasdale.luxury and we will provide you with a return address. 

Products must be returned to us in perfect unworn condition and its original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. 

Upon receipt of items, you will be refunded the cost of the goods minus any delivery charges via the method originally used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
